If you are a customer, prospective customer, or visit our web site, Raido Secure Mail will process your personal data.
The general manager of EnterNett AS is the data controller for the processing of personal data for Raido Secure Mail. See the bottom section for contact information.
Personal data processed
We process different types of personal data depending on how you are in touch with us.
If you are a paying customer with us:

For the service RaidoMail, we use cookies on our websites. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you visit or use services on a website.
We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our websites and build usage statistics, but the IP address is anonymized so that the information cannot be tracked to you as a person.
Other cookies used may contain information, which in itself or in combination with other services may be defined as personal data.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
For the service RaidoMail, we use data processors to collect, store or otherwise process personal data on our behalf. In such cases, we have signed agreements with the managers to safeguard information security.
Necessary personal data, which are part of the relevant services, are shared with the following service providers:
- Accounting agency and accounting system provider
- Nordic Hosting and SIA Trusthost – operation of the service
- Link Mobility – sending SMS
We will not disclose your personal data unless there is a lawful basis for such sharing. This will only happen if it is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you, if you have consented to sharing or when we are required to give out the information by law.
Your rights as registered with us
We process your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data act and applicable regulations. You may require access to, and relocation of, your own personal data, as well as require rectification or deletion of information.

Complaint
At the Data Protection Authority, you may also promote a complaint if you believe that our processing of personal data violates the laws.
